It took me a long time to go through each step of the MP3 functions to familiarize myself with them but I would still need my marked-up instructions for anything involving MP3, SD card, and USB (the instructions say "U") functions, the controls of which are so closely grouped at the b ottom front of the unit that I managed to inadvertently delete my MP3 files several times from my USB drive and SD card while trying to figure out how the MP3 functions work. ![]() Why would I play music on a cassette tape in order to record from MP3 to tape? That's why I think that "Tape" and "MP3" are reversed. Those instructions refer to non-existent button labels, grammatical errors ("record" instead of "recorded"), confusing wording, apparently reversed words ("Tape" and "MP3") and I'm still not 100% sure of that. That section of the instructions is poorly written. The unit is nice but I almost returned it because of the difficulty in figuring out how to use the MP3 functions. Nice unit but MP3 instructions are confusing and use of MP3 functions is not intuitive
